Every page on this site carries two names: the person who ran the tests and wrote the article, and the person who independently checked the claims before it went live. Nobody publishes their own fact-check, and no operator ever sees a draft.
That split exists because payments writing goes stale fast. A payout window measured in August can be wrong in October, and a licensing statement that was accurate last year can be misleading today. Separating authorship from verification is the cheapest way we know to catch both kinds of drift.
Nadia's most recent bench covers wallet rails on our PayPal casinos page.
Phone wallets now have their own logs too: the tap-to-deposit timings sit on our Apple Pay casinos page and the Android and Chrome equivalents on our Google Pay casinos page, both measured in the same September 2026 cycle as this page.
The people behind the tests
The bench is small on purpose. Nadia Hollis runs the deposit and withdrawal testing and writes the payment method pages, including our most detailed work on PayID casinos, the internet-banking testing behind payment methods hub and the card benches on Visa casinos and Mastercard casinos. Tom Arden checks every regulatory, licensing and responsible gambling claim against primary sources before publication.
Behind the two bylines sit three more people: Priya Raman on the payments data, Marcus Tuiala editing and approving rankings, and Sophie Nguyen reviewing every responsible gambling reference. Their photos, roles and specialisms are listed above.
Both names appear in the byline of each article, in the page's Article schema as author and reviewedBy, and in the bio panel at the foot of the page. If a page has no fact-checker credited, it is not finished, and it does not go live.
- Priya Raman cleans the raw transaction log and calculates the medians we publish.
- Marcus Tuiala edits every guide and signs off on rankings before publication.
- Sophie Nguyen reviews the harm-minimisation wording and support service details.
- Authors run the transactions and log the raw timings themselves.
- Fact-checkers verify regulatory claims, figures and links independently.
- The two roles are never held by the same person on the same page.
- Every published page records the date it was last verified.
Corrections and how to reach an editor
If a figure on the site does not match your experience, we want to hear it — reader reports are how we catch operator changes between test cycles. Email the editorial address in the footer with the operator, the method and the date, and the relevant author will re-run the test rather than quietly amend the number.
When a correction changes a ranking or a headline claim, we update the last-verified date and note what changed. Everything we publish starts from our comparison of casinos by payment method so a corrected timing flows through to the tables on every page that uses it.
Independence and disclosure
AussieCasinoPayments earns affiliate commission on some outbound links. Commercial terms have no influence on rankings, and neither author has a commercial relationship with any operator listed. Rankings follow the measured payout data, and where an operator refuses to pay a test withdrawal it is removed regardless of the commercial arrangement.
Gambling is entertainment and it costs money. Gambling Help Online is free and available 24/7 on 1800 858 858, and BetStop is the National Self-Exclusion Register for Australian-licensed wagering services.
